After the birth of our two sons Len and Zeger, we decided to exchange the countryside for the city. Mechelen has always kept a special place in our hearts: we used to live and study here. Thanks to all these beautiful memories, our “comeback” really felt like coming home. When we were given the opportunity to start our own business here, in the historical centre of Mechelen, all the pieces of the puzzle came together.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In November 2022 we came across this beautiful town house in the Lange Schipstraat. It was designed in 1952 by architect H. Ryckmans and extensively renovated in 2022 by project developer MAAJ BV. We took care of the finishing and furnishing of the two guest rooms ourselves. The result is astonishing: our guest rooms radiate simplicity, tranquility and a touch of elegance.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

My husband and I are happy to present our brand new B&B. We bought this beautiful building in the heart of Mechelen for one purpose only. We want to give guests a warm welcome at this place, offer them a wonderful room and a delicious breakfast. My husband and I as well as our two lovely sons are involved in this new chapter in our lives.
